I’ve discovered a true passion for volunteerism and the joy that comes from giving back to my community. Whether I'm working on my personal platform, First Night for Fosters, or volunteering alongside my mom through the National Charity League, each experience has been both meaningful and rewarding. These opportunities have allowed me to make a real difference in the lives of others, and they've deepened my commitment to service and community engagement.
Through my platform First Night for Fosters, I keep a small section of the resource center stocked with hygiene products. All Call foster families and DHS workers have access to these free products to provide for foster children throughout my community.
WMN is a pageant for girls impacted by foster care or trauma through fashion, pageantry and giving. All girls are crowned after a day of discovering their worth by building confidence, poise, and presentation skills. I am mentor to the girls, and I was in key note speaker in 2024. I am looking forward to continuing my partnership with them in 2025 and hopefully attend the Texas pageant also.
My mom and I are members of the National Charity League where we serve our community as individuals and also a mother/daughter team. This also helps me find other ways in the community to serve. I love filling the Little Free Pantries, helping the Best Friends Animal Shelter, and playing baseball with the cool kids in the Miracle League.
